Films inspire us to travel and live a life full of adventure for the simple truth that life is too short to live life in one place! Many of the following films have not only inspired me to travel to cities certainly or historical sites, but also presented me to the world as a whole-my house, my backyard, my country is only a small fraction of what exists and these and these Wanderlust films Inspire me to see everything!

Indiana Jones series

My favorite series of all time! THE Indiana Jones The series inspired me with many others not only to travel but to see by ourselves the incredible historical sites which were presented in the films like Al Khazneh in Petra. THE Indiana Jones The series follows the adventures of archaeologist Jones as he leaves around the world in search of relics such as the Arc of the Alliance and the Holy Grail. This series will take you from Cairo to India and Venice in Petra, Jordan.

Tomb Raider series

THE tomb Raider The series follows the extraordinary life of the British aristocrat and Tomb Raider, Lara Croft who has not only brains but balls and is an excellent example of a strong woman in a leading role. Lara Croft traverses the world by recovering ancient artifacts against all odds. These films will take you from the Angkor Watt of Cambodia in Iceland and Hong Kong in Kenya.

An American Rhapsody

It was this film that inspired me to travel to Budapest, Hungary, 10 years ago. An American Rhapsody is the story of a young Hungarian who contradicts where she belongs to the world. After finding her parents in the United States after being left to spend her child in Hungary, she has trouble finding where the United States or Hungary is at home.

Roman festivals

If a film will make you want to flee to Rome, Italy will be Roman festivals. In the film, Audrey Hepburn plays a European princess who escapes in the streets of Rome to move away from the stifling pressure and the life of a princess. She ends up exploring the amazing city of Rome with the help of an American journalist who has no idea who he plays the tourist guide. Roman festivals will make you want to jump on a moped and see the major sites in Rome and live the Italian style of life.

Tit’s going

The path is a film on life, acceptance and the pilgrimage along the Camino. In The path A mourning father ends up unexpectedly speaking by walking the Camino, an old pilgrimage route across Spain, to connect with his son but finds so much more. I always want to walk on the Camino and movies like this one strengthen my Wanderlust!

The golden child

A Tibetan young boy is kidnapped, but it is not only another child – he is the golden child, and only one person can save him – the elected official. But the elected official, played by Eddie Murphy, is not a “believer” and has trouble accepting his fate. The golden child is one of my favorite comedies and was the first film to present me and inspire me to travel to Tibet.

Eat pray love Talk about a typical successful woman with a apparently perfect life, a husband, a house and a career. But life is not as it seems, after a divorce and a time trying, it decides to leave everything to find itself, happiness and love and leaves to browse the world. Eat pray love will take you from Italy to India and Beautiful Bali.

Rummate stone

Rummate stone is a romantic comedy of action-adventure where a novelist from New York must go to Columbia to save his sister and find himself in the jungle in search of treasures with a strong man attached to his side. This film was one of the first to inspire me to leave in the jungles for my own adventure.

Walter Mitty’s secret life

Walter Mitty’s secret life is a film on a clumsy photo editor of Life magazine which is calm and reserved but has an amazing imagination. When his work is threatened, he heads for an epic journey of a life that will lead him worldwide from New York to Iceland and Greenland to Himalayas.

Lawrence of Arabia

Based on the life of Te Lawrence, Lawrence of Arabia is an adventure drama that will take you from Cairo to Jerusalem on the heels of the British lieutenant. This film will make you want to go to sunset through the desert on the back of camel.
