TORRANCE BARNENS SKY SKY PRESERVE

One of the most popular places to see the northern lights of Ontario is the Torrance Barns Sky-Sky. This Muskoka jewel became the world’s first Sky Dark Sky park in the world in 1999.

Thanks to the incredible landscape of the Canadian Sheild and a large pond in its center, the park offers a 360 -degree view of the night sky. In addition, with little or no light pollution in the region, Torrance stools is the ideal place to make stars, take a meteor shower and see the northern lights.
